need someone that can create a payment center for Openads which is a banner management script. I would like to use paypal and/or paypal payments pro so that people can pay for banner advertisments directly on the website. A buyer would select the zone they would want to place there banner in. We would have to define a price for the zone and/or banner package and then add into like a shopping cart and have them pay for the order. Once the order is paid for they can upload there banner ad. Or- we need to have an option within the zone pricing if they would need us to create the banner ad for them. if so, another charge will be attached.
