That's normal, if you upgraded to PHP 5.3, the RocketTheme template will run into a few warnings or deprecated function messages. what I will do is to fix functions like row4block1, row4block2, row4block3, mainbody, rightcol, row5block1, row5block2, row5block3 by converting and removing all warnings or deprecated function messages.

some of your module is creating problems needs to be checked the code of template lets start........... its can be a php version conflict.
