Shoutcast Fake listeners (linux)

PLS DON'T BID IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO IT. I WILL ASK YOU A SMALL DESCRIPTION OF THE SOLUTION YOU SUGGEST . Hello I need to add fake listeners to shoutcast radio (linux based) . This listeners must appear in shoutcast admin page as number (in stream status and listeners peak fields), in [login to view URL], and in listeners xml . The ips must be from a specific country ip pool (propably using a txt file with ip ranges) . The solution must work in linux (centos).
