We have a database that needs to be moved to a new server. Access to MYSQLadmin can be provided. The database has fields in latin encoding and UTF-8 encoding. We installed in on a test server which worked fine but once we uploaded it, the japanese and chinese of UTF-8 are invalid and it seems to be latin.
