Please provide quotation and estimated time required for development, thank you. Requirements: Microsoft WMRM10.1.2 with DB(Preferlablly MySQL, if possible) on Win2003 server. Microsoft WMF11SDK with stub lib. for client side packaging application. Experience: Prefer someone / a company that has previous experience in dealing with DRM implementation / system, with any existing websites I can take a look, if possible. Objective: - Server side ASP or PHP script to perform the DRM validation / issueing license of the contents when played by Windows Media Player. This module will be used by the main system to perform authorization if the content is allowed with proper access rights. - Client side packaging application to batch package (encrypt) music (MP3) and video (WMV) contents with different type of license. Provide with source code.
