Hello, We are a team of developers who are experts in .Net technology and working on this field for more than 7 years and we've created many desktop applications.

It's unbelievable to see requests like this one where absolutely NOTHING is said about what is needed, and we are expected to bid blindly. It might be a 5-minute job, or a 18-month job, yet you want for us to lock in a dollar amount without knowing anything about the project; and THEN, and ONLY THEN, you will tell work is required. What do you expect the bidders to base their bid on?!!! FYI -- Personally, I base my bids on how much work is required, something you've left out entirely. What would YOU bid if I needed "something" done at my house, and I said, "I won't tell you what work needs to be done until AFTER you quote me an acceptable price"?!! For all you know, it could be simply taking out the trash, or it could be as big as creating a large addition, redoing the siding, and installing an in-ground pool. What would YOUR bid be on something like that when you have no idea what needs to be done?!!!!
