File Hosting script like hotfile

Hello, I want an file sharing website like hotfile If you have no idea how [login to view URL] ,works then please don't disturb yourself bidding on my project. If you have full info and know how [login to view URL] is coded and how it's controlled then please bid It would be great if you coding it in PHP/MySQL and use Lighttpd as web server. Please once again, only those who have experience how these host file sites works, like: limiting normal users ,set coundown timmer,for free users,download speed, multi-language, increasing download speed of premium users, increasing space for premium users and limit disk space of normal users, disabling accounts, banning ips, affiliates exactly like [login to view URL] and so on ( A very useful control panel ), resellers pages..
