Payment gateway for CubeCart V4

We need a payment gateway writing to work with CubeCart V4 for a South American payment company called Mercado Pago There is documentation available on their website (this is in Spanish although can be translated using Google or similar) and we also have some English documentation available and also all the files from a working version of the payment gateway for OSCommerce which can be made available. These will be sent on request to people that show they have the required skills - we will ignore messages and bids from people that obviously dont have the required skills. We have created this project in the $250 to $750 range but would expect it to be at the bottom of this range If you know OSCommerce and CubeCart then so much the better but you will need to know CubeCart as the gateway has to be written using all normal programming standards such as using language files etc.
