The project is for a backofice for a law firm website. The firm processes many Loan Midifications, they want each loan modification to be input into their database via an on site processor. That way the clients can easily login through the website using their case number and phone number together. Also the loan modification specialists can easily post updates to each clients account via logging in through the website. This backoffice must function great, as well as look great. My client is very visually impressed, it must look like a million dollar back offfice. To help understand the functionality, you can refer to a retail product that dos everything we would like our site to do here: [login to view URL] The databse will probabily work best with mySQL as we already have mySQL on our webhost. Again, we want it to work like [login to view URL] but look more professional.

So you want a "million dollar" solution, for a website for *lawyers* who will make money off every transaction? And there's a commercial app which does everything but instead you want to clone it? Is it too expensive? I'll do the work for a realistic rate. Why are you restricting this to such a low rate though? 30-250 dollars for a million dollar site? You're greedy.
