Convert existing code to Delphi or dll used by Delphi

I have a set of routines that are public domain written in C that I need converted to Delphi, or maybe even made into a Win32 dll file (any language) with a sample Delphi application interface to the dll. The code will parse weather observation data and put data into a string grid. Based on the source files, the parsing routines use the Regular expression routines. There is a TRegularexpression component available for use with Delphi. Let me know if you need to get it and you can't find it. Deliverables: A delphi written program that will parse out weather observation elements... METAR, Synoptic, Buoy, and Ship A dll will due just as long as a Delphi written program is used to interface the dll. Output to a string grid component. There are source code files used to read GRIB, and Upper Air, but are not needed at this time. The source code outlines a NETCDF output format, but this is not needed either unless it would be easier to include it. Your choice. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 98 SE or Later
