SHA module Python to Perl Convert

With the Digest::SHA1 module I'm not able to modify the sizelow variable before i make the digest like the fol owing python example:
s2 = SHA()
[login to view URL]("test")
[login to view URL] = 0x01ff
digest = [login to view URL]()
The attached zip contains the python class i want converted to Perl, and my attempt to convert it.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
