SugarCRM professional to Vtiger 5.4 Migration and Customization - repost 2

10 day timeline: I am currently using a premise server with SugarCRM professional 6.3.1. I want to migrate/move my SugarCRM system to a premise VtigerCRM 5.4 system. The below steps are what i require to be completed within a 10 day period. This is phase 1 of a 4 part phase for completing my entire project. Phase 1: We need to migrate the mySQL database from sugarcrm to vtigercrm 5.4 while keeping the relationships between records. Before we do so, we MAY need to develop a new module in VtigerCRM which, in sugar, we call our "policies" module (which are insurance plans sold by our sales force), or as we did in sugar, we simply customized a new opportunities module with the fields and formulas necessary. In SugarCRM, our flow works as such: we have a "leads" module where are lead data is stored. Each lead can have an opportunity attached to it if there is contact with the lead without a sale. Once a sale has been made, we then convert the lead to a contact which is called our "Policyholder" module and each contact/policyholder has a "policies" record attached. A "Policyholder" record can have multiple "policies" records attached because on many occasions we sell multiple insurance plans to a single individual. As it is now in sugarcrm, A "Contact/Policyholder" has relationships with several other modules such as our "Policies" (which are our sales and details of the sale made such as insurance plan type, start date, amount paid, etc), our "Notes" module (which lists the history of notes listed by crm users), our "Cases" (which are similar to trouble tickets in vtigercrm), and our documents (which are invoices or pdf's relative to the contact/policyholder record). It is extremely important to keep all the relationships between these modules. I can provide a mySQL dump, access and source code for my current sugarcrm system if necessary. Again, I want to emphasize the timeline to complete this phase 1 of 4 is critical. I am hoping the outline I have provided gives a detailed explanation as to the scope of work required. Although this is particular project is phase 1. Phase 2 will include VICIdial integration with vtigercrm. Phase 3 will include developing new vtigercrm accounting modules and workflows. Phase 4 will include building an API for vtigercrm.
