136446 Text/SMS payment service

Hi, We are looking to provide a SMS payment service like that found at these sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We will be using [login to view URL] as our sms gateway. The service must have secure means such as callback for pin numbers with each transaction. the text options are: *PAY [mobile] [amount] [message] ....send money BALANCE ....account balance *BANK [amount] ....transfer amount to pre-registed bank *BUY [merchantID] [amount] [referance] ....buy goods *BUY [productID] ...buy goods with known amount *BPAY [biller code] [amount] [bpay referance] * a callback will be made to take a PIN before transaction can be completed.. If a java phone is used and a javascript is loaded...then the PIN can be entered directly in the phone. the SQL must have ed5 with active backup. please tell be if you have experiance with this type of project. regards mike
