165650 Tournament League site

What I am after is a complete tournament league site. You must do build, testing and installation and if possible design, but you must state whether or not you will do the design in your quote (logo already made) I have mylan suite installed from Joomla, if you can modify this cheaply to meet my requirements let me know. Sensible bids only please as budget is not large, and only people who make comments on the brief in return to me will be considered.. so I know for sure you have read my full requirements.
