Unique Membership Accounts (sign-up, login, etc.)

Required functions of unique membership account script: User creates account * Profile can be updated inside the user account and options can be added to the profile fields from inside the admin control panel. * User can change password inside the account. * User can insert information in fields (maybe check boxes or something) that is viewable in the admin control panel by selecting the user account. This information will be recorded in the account and can be edited by the user. The information can also be downloaded-able in a .pdf format if the user wishes. Remember that each account is unique, this is not only a membership script with a login, it is an account script that has functions specific to the unique user. * User can send messages inside the account to the admin and the admin can respond to the question and the response is updated inside the account, kind of like an email inbox for example. * User receives email after signup with account information and welcome message. This message can be updated inside the admin control panel. Lost Password Form * Form should have security question. User Login * Login should be simple and secure. Admin Functions: * Admin can view each account inside the control panel and view the information the user adds in the fields inside his account such as data for example he enters, like real estate contacts, etc. The account should be able to be viewable seperate from the other account, all information of the user, profile and such should be viewable to the admin. * Admin can add fields into the user account for updates. * Admin can delete accounts * Admin can approve or deny accounts as an option or accept automatic sign-ups. * Admin can bulk email all members or individual members * Admin can add field options in the users profile. * Admin can ban IP addresses. * Admin can change sign-up welcome message. Additional information: I do not need this script installed, but I would prefer a script that is easy to install. I would prefer PHP or Perl. I would also prefer a script that I can easily implement a template for example and integrate the design with the website. The user accounts are like bank accounts for example, each account is unique. I would like to be able to add things in easily to what the user can do in his unique account. This is not a community website, more like a service that requires accounts and deals with data and communication with the admin. This must be user friendly, organized and professional. This script should be simple as it is pretty basic. I prefer MySQL as the database unless you have a better solution.
