550871 eBay Inventory sync with Zencart Website

I have a zen cart website with a partially imported by hand database of products from my eBay website. I need the website's inventory to maintain a true and accurate level of inventory that corresponds with my eBay website. Currently there are 1670 products on the eBay store, and roughly 1000 products on the zencart website. Additionally I need the formatting of the pages, fonts, and images to stay the way they are, For example: Here is the ebay listing that I will provide: [login to view URL]:MESE:IT Here is what the finished product on the website should look like: [login to view URL] You will be importing store categories and subcategories then Group each item into it's respective category. You will pull from the ebay description the "Condition" section, the "Donor Bike Section", and the "Will Fit Section" the item's associated pictures, and price. All of these items should be inserted into the zencart database, and maintain the current look of the current inventory already manually imported into the database. In addition to this I would like it if when an item sells on ebay that it notifies the website and deactivates the product on the zencart website. Conversely if something is added to the ebay website it must be added to the Zencart website while maintaining all values set above. Please note you must abide by eBay rules when doing this: These are defined in my eBay user agreement that: Access and Interference The sites contain robot exclusion headers. Much of the information on the sites is updated on a real-time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to eBay by our users or third parties. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the sites for any purpose without our express hand written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except for your information) from the sites without the prior express written permission of eBay and the appropriate third party, as applicable; interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the sites, services or tools, or any activities conducted on or with the sites, services or tools; or bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the sites. If you feel you have a solution to this please use the PMB with your proposed plan of action, and how you will accomplish this task. Also please provide references of similar works involving an eBay to Zencart Inventory sync.
