Screen Scraper Program

1) I'm looking to have a screen scraper made,
an example would be
a Program that logins to YAHOO CALENDAR, posts a note, posts a calendar note,
and then logout.
I'll also need on the same program :
b) virtual ip support
VIRTUAL IP feature
1) Use of virtual IPs eth0:01 eth0:02
2) I will specify the IPs in a filename one on each line
it'll use the virtual ips when connecting
YAHOO CALENDAR is an example site, I will msg you the site once we are ready,
But the process of the scraper would be
1) Login
2) post a message
3) modify an option
4) exit
I am looking to pay $250-300 per script, Many scripts avaliable, 3-4 , so good
long term project.
You must be avaliable EVERY SINGLE working day on
AIM / ICQ
a) post your time in EST you will be avcaliable for chat each day
b) when you can get this project done
c) your skills in perl? Tell me your experience in it or php
d) Can you MODIFY scripts FAST?

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
