AdsManager Joomla Modifications

I am using Joomla to create a classifieds website using the software found here:&Acirc; &Acirc; <[login to view URL],com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,1096/Itemid,35/> The software works fine, but there are a few things I need modified, here is the list: ## Deliverables 1.? I need for an aditional option to post an add to be added. The option should allow the user to post an ad by just using an email address then once the ad has been posted they should receive an e-mail that allows them to edit the ad or delete the ad, kind of like how [login to view URL] used to do. 2.? I need to be able to have a module that displays featured items on the home page on the site.? The home page featured ads will automatically rotate on the web-sites home page based on an allocated time slot. 3.? On the posting of the ad, I need to have 2 radio buttons that will indicate if the seller wants to have the phone number to appear on the ad. the No will be automatically selected. If yes is selected then the phone # should appear on the ad posted [login to view URL] the posting of the ad I need to add an option that contains a check box (unchecked by default). To the right of the checkbox there is a message stating: “Cargo de BsF 19.95 aplica.?? If the user checks this box, they will be taken to an additional page -link will be provided---the postings will be added by me using the featured item module requested on request 2 above. 5.? when a buyer decides to contact a seller for an ad, he/she will use the form provided at the bottom of the ad’s page-there is a current form, now, but it needs to be changed to contain the following information.? | Buyer’s name:* | | Buyer’s e-mail address* | | Message* | This form automatically e-mails the seller with this subject: “Question Regarding? "*item’s name goes here*?? After this information has been entered, a page stating the following message success will be shown to the buyer:? ??Your information has been received.?? 6. On the ad posting for location, I would like a drop down to contain several states (not american) to pcik from a list will be provided 7. Where the user will display the description about the item they are selling, I would like for them to have the ability to edit the text they enter via an HTML editor so they can bold, underline, etc.. Please advise a timeline for this project. I need done pretty quicky. The site is already created, just need these things updated.
