Area Code to City/State on Blackberry

I need a blackberry application that when a call comes through intercepts the caller id and parses the first 3 digits and tells me what city, state or state the person is calling from...
for example 901-123-1234 would return "TN"
a list of area codes can be found [login to view URL]
there's only 325 area codes.
I'm really just looking for a solution, not anything fancy. I don't mind if just writes "TN" somewhere on the screen -- that is it needs to work not be beautiful.
