FBML FACEBOOK CODING

hi I need a person to code and insert graphics for a micro site embeddded into facebook using FBML code. The site must look exactly like <[login to view URL]!/HYPERARTS> (5 tabs to include same styled home area, contact form, welcome, portfolio, fbml page) - With the exceptions of : no Green colours, must use black, grey and white. You would show first draft design and round of changes to agree design. - I will give you the images to insert - At end of job I need full coding given in writing with instruction on how to add/edit images.
