Hello.
I need a capable coder to make an online database for me. The coder needs to be an expert in coding mysql and php, as well as making it visually good.
The database itself will be used for keeping track of models in and out of my studio, a lot of details, some images, as well as work history and red flagging.
The db will also contain information about other photographers, MUAs and hair stylists that I work with.
Also, I need it to be secure, as it will be online I want some security to it. htaccess i can do myself, but i want a login system for it as well, to make it double secure.
I will give a full list of features and how I want it to look with the coder that I want to give this work to.
This is also a job that has to be done before the 8th of July. So time is not on our side on this one, but I have a template in mind already for how I want it to look, so the coder saves a lot of time there.
The db itself should be done in Mysql and with PHP/CSS as shell. Unless the coder knows something that is faster and looks better.

Detailed requirements:
The general models registry has to include these fields (the overview a bit different, see below).
Detailed model view: Unique ID (auto gen), Date of Addition (like this: 25 May 2011 11:55pm), Name, Address1, Address2, City, Zip, County, Country, Email, Cellphone, Height, Weight, Hair, Bust, Waist, Hips, Eyes, Levels, History with the studio and an image.
The overview (list) will include: Unique ID, Date of Addition, Name, City, Phone, Email and Levels.
In the template, I want the detailed model information to be put vertical with an image that spans the right side of the info. I'd say the image will be 600px high, and the fields for the model info on the left side of it should span the same.
The overview will only include the information said above, its only when someone clicks on a name that the details will come up.
Also, we need a method of red flagging models, that we wont work with again. So, if a "ticker" can be added in the model database, which makes them red in the overview, that will tell us what we need or something.
As for the "history" with us column in the detailed overview, I want it linked to another screen (named Work History, where we will put all shoots done), and have a date, time, place and hours overview of her history with us.
The Work History is a table of all photoshoots done in the studio, that will all be linked to the various models and people that worked on them. So, in order to be added to one record, one has to be added to the db first (see model db), so that person can be selected. The same for Make-Up artists and Hair Stylists. I want the work history screen to have these fields:
Shoot Date, Model, Make-Up Artist, Hair Stylist, Location, Payment, Special Concerns, as well as the ability to add images from the shoot. As said previously, it has to have the ability to be linked to the models database as well as the database for the MUA and Hair Stylists.
The MUA and Hair Stylist DB is fairly simple. It goes like this:
Unique ID, Date of Addition, Name, Company, Address1, Address2, City, County, Zip, Country, Email, Phone, Specialities and Rates. A ticker for red flagging to make them RED in the overview here as well would be nice.
The template should be very overviewable, and easy to read, and at the same time look nice. I have a template in mind, but I guess I want to see what you can come up with as well.
