PHP/MySQL Experienced Coder Wanted (repost)

I have a PHP database application that needs the following features added, along with other modifications: 1- RSS functions -based on specific tables. 2- Modify search function to search specific table fields along with advanced function to search by keyword within textual tables. 3- Modify user account to show profile, forum posts, list of data submitted under their profile for the admin side. 4- Modify/update account registration with better security approach, CAPCHA, password masking etc..., better cookie/session management. 5- change URL display/format to search-engine friendly format. Example from from [login to view URL] To [login to view URL] . Like WordPress 6- Add User's inbox for messages between members. 7- GEDCOM import to MySQL upload and data extraction.
