PHP programmer for site clean up and update needed

I have a community site in PHP and the programming was not clean and the site is not as userfriendly as needed. Want a programmer to begin cleaning up the site and making the alterations so that it is easy for the user to navigate and use the different sections e.g. forum, chat, etc. This will be a long-term project. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
