Revenue Making Website- Adsense/Affiliated/

Design ventures would like to host a website with the ad sense, affiliate advertising features. Its a low budget project. The project includes creation of a website, themes, adding feeds, advertisements codes from affiliated sites like amazon, CJ etc. The domains are owned by international, hence the affiliates should support it. ( Many advertisers from CJ prefer only US domains). The task is fairly easy and just couple of hours where it requires a theme page, codes from the affiliate sires, and 2-3 pages. Need to put some feed, SEO, RSS etc so to keep it active in search engines. Will paid in installments and only after completion of the project once the site is up and running . Need to make sure that the sites creates Revenue and attracts traffic. My client is open to any design, themes etc, The goal revenue should be created. Also for first six months 20% would be paid as additional bonus. The client is open to cloning of any sites. Shoot us the examples, the revenue you wish to generate from your skills.
