Simple chat with no login required

Simple chat site. Bid ONLY if you can get it done please. The screenshots included are NOT actual screensize, They are more to show you what i want this project to look like. 1. A PHP/SQL webhotell space is already created for this project. 2. Customized interface. using? (background tileset, label colours) (and i would like the round corner form design) 3.? possibility to change room name/add room 4. smileys added (in a own subdir so i can change them later easily) 5. private message sending possibility (private talk (hidden for the rest of the chatters in main chat? OR open a private window both options are OK) Step 1 : 1 welcome screen with general chat room information +roomname + users in room Step 2 : 1 login screen? +roomname + users in room +select male OR female +login button -if username already taken promt it and you have to enter another one -if username not taken enter chat Step 3 : 1 General chat screen (exit this and welcome screen is loaded)
