Translate C# to PHP

The zip file includes a C# program that takes data from a database to display, edit, and then submit once again. There is complex logic for choosing which data to display, and when to display it. This program is mostly translated into PHP. There is an HTML interface already written that looks great. Your job would be to review the translation and correct any errors. Also to document the functions for easier usability. Finally, develop the HTML form so it will display and save the information in the same manner as the C# program. ## Deliverables
