Update php mail Software

Php Mail Software: I currently have an automated php mail program that was made some time ago. This is how it currently functions: 1. It gets clickbank (online payment processor) receipts from a specified email address. 2. It scans the receipt and finds what product the customer ordered, their email address, name and receipt number. 3. It then sends a unique username and password to the customers email address. a. The usernames and passwords are uploaded via a spreadsheet (you can upload as many as you want). b. Once a particular username and password has been sent it can no longer be sent (since they are unique). The customers email, name, and receipt number is then recorded next to the username and password that was emailed to them. 4. The message that is sent to the customer can be totally customised. The software is totally automated and uses a cron tab to read and send usernames automatically. The software is totally automated and uses a cron tab to read and send usernames automatically. We need this software updated. **Current limitations of the software that we need changed:** 1. The software only accepts clickbank receipts. You can specify what email the receipt comes from (ie. receipt@[login to view URL], do_not_reply@[login to view URL]) so that it only process emails from that address and avoids spam. However the current software only processes receipts from clickbank. No other receipts work. We need it change so that the software is more generic and can read receipts from a number of sources. In other words, we specify fields that the program searches for such in the receipt, such as Name, Email etc. It simply finds those fields and then sends the username and passwords the appropriate detail. 2. The software only works on our server. We need it changed so that the software can be easily stored on installed on another server. One of the first changes is to make it so that the user can specify the SMTP server that the mail is being sent from. Currently this cannot be changed. Need to make an [login to view URL], so that we can copy the software onto any server and run the php script. The scrip should assist in installing the SQL database, set the directories etc (just as like when you install a forum, or blog etc). 3. The software currently only accepts 4 products max. Clickbank allows you to sell multiple products. The receipts are all sent to the same email address but the products are distinguished by their Product ID. The software works out which product it is via the Product ID and then sends the appropriate message and username/password. We need this limit increased. In other words add an option where we can add as many products as we want. Each product we add, there is a field where we can enter the product ID. This way the email searches the receipts for this ID and can determine what product it is. 4. The current user interface is very chunky. It needs to be cleaned up so that it is more user friendly. If this project is successful, the we have a lot of ongoing software development for the right developer.
