A large Northern California Chevy dealership we have several websites that generate prospect/lead (potential buyer) information.
We also receive prospect/lead information from several other sources - the data we receive from these providers comes to us in the form of XML/ADF data that can be directly routed to our CRM (customer relationship management database) provider for easy integration into said CRM.
The problem is that data comes from the website in free text (email) format and cannot be directly migrated into our database; we instead have to manually build each of these prospects into the system.
This is what we'd like.
We'd like an online form to provide us scripted XML/ADF-formatted data. (ADF is a Auto-lead Data File - a form of XML specifically used by auto dealers...) that we can then reroute to our CRM folks and... voila.
