need mysql backend for form submission through web site

i need a mysql database to contain the information submitted via the web site from users.? the web site is in development but you can see a similar web site which will contain similar data here:? rent2ownhouses . co . uk the max bid is set low.? it's an opportunity for new coders to get the opportunity to establish themselves on RAC. i would do this project myself..unfortuantley i do not have the time.
