509768 Database and PDF creation integration - Maryland court forms

I need my website to have several features... 1. Client sign up and sign on. 2. Reoccuring membership (through Paypal or Google Checkout) 3. Data Entry for attorneys including 3 different data entry screens -client setup -plaintiff setup -Case input Each dataentry screen should have about 20 items to be input. Then take information from each case and plaintiff record and be able to print to custom pdfs. Sample PDF is here... [login to view URL] I need 8 pdfs that will work with the data entered.
