514668 IPB Expert to help upgrade from 2.1.3 to 3.1

We need a true IPB expert who can help us upgrade our forum software. We want it to work with the current skin and other design elements. For this project we need to: 1. Upgrade our IPB version to from 2.3.1 to 3.1. 2. There are two big goals: a. more fully integrate other social media like FB and Twitter and Google+ as quickly as possible. b. maintain our current look and feel. Once this upgrade is complete, this could turn into an ongoing project adding features and mods and generally serving as our IPB expert. This is an extremely critical project, so I'd like to see 1 or 2 examples of forums you have worked on.
