Ongoing - Minor PHP / HTML work from templates

We are setting up to run a nationwide campaign for websites and facebook profiles/optimization. All box products - premade, package solutions. We already have licenses for thousands of templates, a few pieces, and can get more if absolutely needed. We are looking for a couple freelancers who can work hourly, about $20 / hour budget. Must agree on a number of hours beforehand. The work is relatively simple, just following steps in a process. The average job should take about 30 minutes, no more than an hour at most to copy/paste template pieces into a web template and then a Facebook page. Ability to quickly set up third party software and plugins is preferred - the occasional client will request a CMS, shopping cart, forum, etc, and we provide a free third party solution (such as phpBB, PrestaShop!, etc). We are looking for strictly template driven, rapid results. Our calendar is set to expect hundreds of sales within 60 days. We need 24 hour or less turnaround time, probably 2 regular freelancers, and a third available as a backup in case someone drops the ball. If you miss the turnaround time after taking a task, you will be replaced. Nothing personal, this is business. If you continue to meet or exceed expectations, you will be regularly given work. In addition, we have a couple preparation tasks that must be tended to beforehand. If you are creative and familiar with HTML/PHP (web forms in particular) and want to help, this would create a strong preference. We will also have a couple trial projects. Payment for the setting up affairs would have to be postponed until launch as they are unfunded projects. Our trial launch is on the 7th - this is when funding would start coming in. Nationwide launch will be shortly thereafter, depending on our sponsors reactions to the trial launch. Must have MSN/Live, AIM, Yahoo!, or Trillian messengers and be available for communication daily- as well as a valid email address that must also be checked and responded to daily. Schedules, rates, promotions, etc are negotiable only after launch and will be strictly proportionate to performance. We are looking for someone who can get results. You deal with us, not with clients, so there are no communication delays, etc. We cannot tolerate excuses or failure because we are operating with fortune 500 sponsors who will cut our funding and shut us down at the first sign of weakness. As long as you deliver the products on time and as requested, we're pretty easy to get along with. Fluent English is strongly preferred- but effective results are more important. If you invest time and effort into helping us grow, that which is not paid for will still be rewarded by growing our operation, and therefore your hours and moreover would qualify you to be worth more per hour. We reward individuals who claim a stake in our success. The work involves taking HTML templates (exported from PSD, we still have PSD if you prefer) and copying the information from a form you will be provided into the appropriate places (the welcome message onto the home page, make a page called "Plants" and paste the Plants field in, the about us text into the about us page, etc.) Then drop the clients logo into the logo area (may require making the background transparent, etc). Then copy/paste the facebook form (which you will be provided with) into the appropriate Facebook page (you will be granted access to it), copy and paste our custom Static FBML into static fbml tabs, adjusting the neccessary text to reflect the client's form data. (FBML is basically just HTML, don't be intimidated. If you know HTML you can easily do this part.) Then adding one of our custom FB apps to their page, editing the PSD FB Avatar template with thier picture and a different background, uploading the avatar, and any custom work as outlined (custom requests are rare.) Sounds like a lot, but it's honestly quite simple if you have experience. Basic Photoshop exp. required.
