We would like to create an iPhone app and Android with the following capabilities: - With the phone in idle or sleep mode, it would be able to determine your location via GPS and Google Maps without actually opening the App - When you enter a specific business address location from our database, a push button notification would appear that would say "Are you at Example Store? View deal." - Businesses would submit their deals on our website and admin will have the ability to manage the deals to be viewed on the app. Please bid a ballpark number, provide a portfolio of your iPhone/Android apps, along with references. We have a comprehensive list of all the functions and designs of the app that can be private messaged or emailed.
