Content locking gateway that is integrated with the HasOffers legacy API. The gateway should appear with a specific number of offers that the user can choose to complete (such as completing a survey). The gateway will be continually using the API to check if the conversion has been recorded. When the offer is complete and the conversion is recorded then the content should be unlocked.
