PDF to Excel and organise for site OSCommerce.

I have an OSCommerce website with car parts, the year of manufacture is listed as example: 00 - 02 instead of 2000 to 2002 or FOR YEAR 2000 to 2002. I will like these to be changed. Also, some products are in the wrong category because the product database is either too large or I have not done it properly myself. I just want things tidied up. There are approximately 80,000 products. Also, I have some products in PDF which I want converted to PDF and I will supply you with a price list to apply to these products. And after these PDF and excel files have been sorted out as per my requirement ie: categorised, apply prices, I need them uploaded to my site by either easypopulate or any other safe method you choose. Also, I will like a better looking contact form with drop down menus and radio buttons for the form questionnaire etc. And finally, I will like to be able to give the pages in my oscommerce shop different titles, if this is possible. Not too important this one.
