insurance screen scraping website

I require a website where user can compare prices for insurance products. You are required to screen scrape other insurance websites so users can compare prices for those quotes at once --- all the quotes will be quoted on my website and then the user will be taken to the insurance website to buy the insurance. The website must have a login page where the user can save and retrieve their quotes. The site must be developed front end and back end from the admin Also a content management system so I can easily update the pages. You must also design the logo and there must be a banner system on the site controlled from admin.
