Magento Cron - Run a Script to sync Microsoft RMS to Magento

We are looking to integrate Microsoft Dynamic RMS with Magento. We need this to be a on going script. Must understand both platform. This will integrate inventory, sales, customers, and orders. We have a tight budget and time frame. Applicant must be able to show previous work and be available through skype. DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE THIS BEFORE!
