Facebook Desktop app: autopost to fan page wall as admin

Hi everyone. I need this FACEBOOK DESKTOP application: 1. This application runs in windows envirement on a windows server for example ( but may we use it in a linux server im not sure currently ) 2. When server starts it start automatically 3. Somewhere on the server we can find an xml file (or similar like that) which containts offers to the fanpage 4. Application check this file every minutes and if there is a new record it posts automatically to the wall as admin Application requirements: 1. Dont need user interaction, click, start etc - it must work automatically 2. We put an email and a password at first start (or in a txt file) , this user has an admin permission for the fan page we want to upload If you have any questions please find me.
