Dating Website Internal Mailer

I need someone who has enough skills and already made some software that should work on Windows Server with GUI The program is an internal mailer for one of the dating websites. I should be able to load the accounts into the software, assing a proxy to be used with each separate account. The software should be multithreaded. When the program is started it should login to the website with the given accounts and proxies and perform the required task. The task is to collect other user's ids by some specific criteria (age, location, gender) and send predifined messages to them. Messages should accept randomization like {Hi|Hello|Good Day}.
