Expert Wordpress and PHP Developer Needed

We are looking for a wordpress plugin developer that can take the code from 2 different plugins and integrate the logic into one plugin. Currently we have oneall social plugin enabled on our site to allow a user to register via social login. That users profile data from their social media profile is stored in a database. We have two options on the website. Fill in an email opt-in form or register via social media. We would like for the data extracted from social media profile to in the background populate the fields of the email optin form. The user will then be added to an email list based on the autoresponder choice they chose in the plugin (as shown in image #2) They will then choose their webinar platform in this instance being gotowebinar and in this plugin as in image 4 you will connect to gotowebinar account via oauth by user inputting their organizer key and access token and then pull all upcoming webinars scheduled for user to choose a particular webinar from drop down list as in image #6 As in image 4 user can add their paypal email address, choose whether to be live or in sandbox mode as well as enter their [login to view URL] API Login Id and Transaction Key so that they can take payments. We have both of these plugins that basically do what it is we want to be done but we would like to create one plugin that incorporates the features that we like from both plugins. This should be an easy job for someone who is use to working with API's and Plugins. You should be able to read the code and determine the logic from both plugins to create a new plugin for us. Whoever can successfully complete this job will be taken on as a full time developer for us; as we need someone reliable and good at what they do.
