Scraping, Crawling and Admin Project

I would like someone who can create a tool that can scrap Google Place and provide me an admin on a number of different things: I would input a state and an industry and this tool would search by zipcode (in that state provided) and industry in Google maps and provide a list back to me of the following (if you have a better idea on how to scrap please let me know): - Tell me the business that do not have a website but are in Google Places - If they do have a website, search their domain for the /[login to view URL] file and if they have an element in that file (I will explain later) I want to know those clients also. - I would like for the tool to search their website for duplicate titles and/or descriptions. If their site has duplicate titles or descriptions that would provide me a report of the number of pages (up to 100) and the number of duplicate titles and descriptions)and you can provide me a report on that. - Collect contact information if on their site When I say a report I am envision an admin that uses a MySQL database of some sort that can I can interact with. The admin will not have any type of mockup so you have to be willing to work with me to get it to a usable state. Please provide some idea on how you would make this work in a PM to me. Also place the words "Gotta get this done" in the message so I know you have read the entire project.
