Simple Background Image Scrolling from left to right.

We would like to have a simple background Image scrolling from left to right position using jQuery. We want the background image scrolls continuously. The image slider has to be work in the following fashion: There will be two circled spotlight image which will be fixed, while the background image will be slides (moves) from left to right in smooth fashion. We will be able to see the moving background image through the two circles. Please have a look at the attached image for clarification. please find the attached "[login to view URL]" for screenshots
