Simple Craigslist Auto Flag

I need a Craigs List Auto flag Program. I need the program to scan for private proxies By keyword by geo location and then keep them in a list so each proxy can flag 1 time per ad. I need the flagging capabilities to be for Prohibited" I have a windows environment as well as a shared webserver. a gui program would be the best. doesnt matter much what language it is written in. should be fast Please contact me if you have other questions What are the deliverables: ...
