We would like to have an credit system for clients, where they can select addresses from a database. We use an API to get these addresses (properties for sale). Data is given back in json. We will need someone to develop the cron and the credit system. Every night a cron job has to spider the latest properties. The API can give you that data. It has to be stored in our database (MySQL) Every specification has to be stored. We don't know how many specifications the API will give back at this moment. With this tool users can make a selection based on their own criteria. If the user clicks through the criteria the number of properties meeting those criteria will display on screen. If the user is ready, he can click a button [Select these addresses] If user has enough credits (1 address = 1 credit), user gets an email with confirmation link. Else he gets message 'not enough credit', with link to 'add credits' page. When user confirms, the amount of addresses is subtracted from his credit list.
