I need to get data from a shared USB device

Hello all, I need a software and drivers for it, let me explain in a few words what I want to do, I will give some examples, I need to get live data from a shared USB device and that data to get into another usb device on another PC, Just something like SRS Server for remotelly unlocking samsung phones. SO basically I want my client to connect a simple device with FT232 (serial to usb converter), open the software and retrieve data from this usb device (the device will be connected to his phone for example), send data to my PC. Somehow I need to get the live data out on my PC and get it into my USB device and let it process the data and give the "answer" back to my client.
