CentOS web server performance/security expert needed.

I am seeing high 5 minute average load alerts each morning which I need to resolve. In addition I appear to have several processes running deleted files. Finally, I would like someone to vet my security configuration and ensure I have no open doors. My requirements are as follows and not up for discussion. I need someone that has extensive CentOS experience. If you haven't been administering or configuring it for 5 years please don't bid. I need someone who has English as a first language or is FLUENT in both written and spoken English. If your bid includes the phrase "we can this quick for you" or "we good at this, please except bid" it will be deleted immediately. Sorry to be so direct. I need someone who can get this done in the next 3-4 days, preferably by Monday September 19th.
