Tech support personnel needed

I need tech support personnel to work on my website. This is a part time job that requires you to answer all tickets within 12 hours (the sooner you answer, the better). It is part time because there really isn't full time amount of work - there would not be more than 20 hours per week, and likely it is closer to 10-15. You must be proficient in PHP and MySQL. Your responsibilties will include: 1. Answering tech support tickets 2. Answering sales tickets 3. Installing scripts and troubleshooting customer installations The website for which you will be working sells various software, which you will need to become familiar with. Most sales are for 5 specific scripts, although there are occasional sales of other scripts. All of the tech support will be done through a ticketing system. You will be receiving new emails whenever there is a new ticket or new reply to an existing ticket. In your bid please PM how many years of experience you have doing tech support and using PHP/MySQL.
