Want a simple open source-based video chat/conferencing system set up on blank 1 page website/webpage. System should so when user enters the site then if another user is also present - then they can talk/video conference. Ideally, then the solution would be browser based or should not require any download (if that is possible to do). Solution must be made so users can be "cut off" talking with each other after a certain amount of time. You must have significant experience within video chat/conference so you have a good understanding of what is possible to do - and how. For now simply write about what you have done within video conference field and also if it is possible to use an open source solution that does not require download of any program.
