Unpacking a .BAK file of database information

We have recently taken over a new website and have been given all the website information from the vendor in a .BAK file on a CD. We are unable to open the DOS Backup file and need someone to unpack the information for us and send back to us. The BAK file is 314mb in size and includes lots of useful customer information that we need now we have taken over the website. I also have another CD provided by the vendor with information in a data dump ([login to view URL]) - not entirely sure what database dump it is, but this also needs to be unpacked or fed back into a working database so we can gleen information from it. I can send a copy of the CDs immediately to the winning bidder, but you must also be able to send back the CDs once finished with - so please build a carriage charge to the UK into your bidding price. This is a time sensitive project as well, so please only bid if you are able to do very quickly.
