Code .Net RTF Form

Write code to be used in a VB.Net 2008 project that will generate a purchase agreement using the Rich Text File (RFT) control. Except for testing, all information will be passed into the code and no user interface is required. Willing to discuss modifying requirements if they present an unacceptable cost or time impact. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Specific coding requirements are found in "[login to view URL]" along with a sample document found in "[login to view URL]" which are in "[login to view URL]" 2) Documentation must include fully functioning sample code to use the delivered working program in addition to clear documentation of the interface with the code (i.e. to document all necessary parameters including data types that parameters must be). 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. The buyer intends to redistribute this as part of a larger project in a complied form. 4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB.Net 2008 on WinXP and Vista
